I just want to take a moment and say what awesome clients I have. I really love what I do. It’s the people I get to meet each day that makes it what it is. 2008 has been an awesome year and although it’s not over yet, I’m beginning to look to 2009 and all it’s going to bring. I’ve met with some very cool brides and grooms in the past few months to book their weddings and I am so excited! There are going to be some great weddings! 🙂 If you’re still in the ‘planning’ stages, some dates go very quickly. If you’re set on a specific date, book sooner than later so another couple doesn’t grab that date! Here’s the 2009 weddings booked thus far: January 31: Aubrey & Kurtis February 21: Julie & JeremyMarch 28: Erin & StevenMay 28: Christine & RyanJune 13th: Katie & AustinJune 26th: Dana & Robby June 28th: Bonni & AdamJuly 2nd: Jayla & KyleJuly 4: Meara & DanielAugust 8: Angela & ChristopherSeptember 19: Lauren & Andy And a big THANK YOU to all of my clients for making 2008 such a wonderful year. I couldn’t do it without you. 🙂 -Megan
This family has become near and dear to my heart in the last couple of months. Being without family close by is tough, and they have opened their home to us for numerous BBQ’s and holidays knowing we’d be celebrating without any family… and it means so much to us! Not only that, but they are an amazing couple and wonderful parents who love their little girl so much. Thanks so much for including us in your life! I hope you enjoyed your photos! 🙂
I’ve been a little bit of a bad blogger lately since we’re at the peak of wedding season here… but stay with me. Soon to be blogged: 2 engagement sessions 3 family sessions and 2 weddings. Now on to an engagement shoot! I love couples that love to be photographed! I also love it when the couple is so excited to be together than they really don’t notice I am there. Nikki and Josh were so much fun to photograph. They are getting married next July and I could tell from just spending an hour or so with them that they care deeply for one another. Thanks Nikki and Josh for getting dirty in the field for the sake of a good photo; you guys rock! cute shoes + photo shoot = always a good idea! 🙂 Thanks again guys! 🙂
Cami and Josh are a really cute couple. Both from Texas, they are getting married next summer back home where all their family and friends are, but wanted a Colorado feel for their engagement photos. We really couldn’t have had a better evening for a shoot. The weather started just slightly breezy and sunny. Then half way through it started raining so we headed inside for some more shots. As soon as it let up, we headed back outside to dark clouds (love them!) and… a rainbow! Even better! It was meant to be. 🙂 Here are just a few of my favorites from the day. Then it started to rain… so we headed inside for a bit. 🙂 This one makes me happy. 🙂 He just got his ring that week so we had to show them both off. 🙂 My favorite!Cami and Josh, thanks for a great time and for braving the weather. It was so worth it! 🙂 I wish you both the very best and good luck during your final year here in the springs! 🙂
