I’m going to be totally and completely honest. Marissa and Doug are one of the kindest, grace-filled couples I have been blessed with over these past 10 years. It all began last February when I called Marissa crying because I found out I was pregnant (with my last and final child) and wouldn’t be able to photograph her wedding. I told her I had my business partner Samantha who would do an amazing job, or I would let her go and she could find another photographer. I was crossing my fingers she would stay with us because I really mean it when I say they are an wonderful couple. I wouldn’t be posting this if she went elsewhere. She stayed and Samantha and Laura did a stunning job on her photos. Big props go to Marissa and Doug for all their planning and coordinating of the details. From the dress to the tiniest details of what was hanging from the chandeliers during the reception, it all tied together.
